Can't sync Android app with Mac using WLAN server

Hello,

I recently got a new Android phone and I was initially able to sync 1password successfully with my Mac using WLAN server.

After the trial period expired I purchased the 1password Pro features in the app to be able to continue sync'ing but I'm no longer able to.

Within Settings -> Sync on the app I don't see any WLAN server found.

On the Mac I'm using version 6.8.7 (Mac App Store) and macOS 10.13.3. Preferences -> WLAN server has the WLAN server option synced and my Primary vault is ticked.

So far I've tried the following:

  • Several restarts of both the phone and mac.
  • Disabling and re-enabling the WLAN server on the mac.
  • Disabling the firewall on the mac.

How can I fix this?

Thanks.

@molar: It sounds like the problem you're having is that you already setup 1Password for Android not to use WLAN Server. Do you have all of your data on your Mac? If so, you can reinstall the Android app and choose WLAN from the start. That should do the trick. :)
