Master Password lost before using it for the first time...

Hi,
I just install 1password on my iPhone and register for monthly fee via the App Store.
I lost my Master password before use 1password...
Can you remove my account so I can restart from zero
I Tried to remove the app and reinstall it but I can’t reuse my email address without the master password.

    I'm sorry to hear about the forgotten Master Password. We do have a guide which may be helpful here:

    If you forgot your Master Password or you can't unlock 1Password

    If ultimately you're unable to remember the password though I'd recommend reaching out to our sales team at sales@1password.com. They'll be in the best position to help you resolve the issue. When you email them please be sure to do so from the email address that is associated with your 1Password account. You'll get an automated mail back from BitBot with a support ID. Please post that ID here so that we can follow up.

    Hi, I have exactly the same issue... Impossible to delete my account for starting from scratch.
    I sent an email to the indicated address, waiting feedback.
