How can I display fields in columns?
I came across this screenshot in another posting, showing the user's entries with Title, Location, Password and Modified columns. Mine only shows the title and username fields in a single column. How do I change the display to show the fields in columns?

The thread that you are looking at is quite old, 2015. Moreover, it is about 1Password 4, and outdated version of 1Password that is no longer supported.
There is only one view in 1Password 7, it shows you the information you need in a singe column, like this:
