Why does the password get weaker when adding numbers or signs inside 1Password?

When creating new passwords inside the application, they get less strong as soon as I add numbers or special characters with the respective slider. Why is that?

    Could you please review that and see if that addresses your question? If not could you please provide some examples (don't post anything you're actually using as a password, please) along with the recipe in the password generator used to generate them?
