how do I upgrade my 1Password perpetual license to a subscription?
I recently got a new iMac and when we transferred the data, my 1Password account will no longer let me add passwords etc. unless I upgrade to the subscription. Don't know why this is but I am desperately needing to use 1Password and am afraid of losing all my passwords with the upgrade. Please advise. Thanks....Barbara

Welcome to the forum, @shanti66! Congratulations on the new iMac! :) If you have a 1Password account, then you already have a subscription. It sounds like you may have had standalone 1Password with a license (not an account/subscription) in the past? Could that be the case? On your old Mac, what version of 1Password were you using, and did you get it directly from us, or from the Mac App Store? And how did you sync your data? iCloud? Dropbox? Something else?
