iOS : Not able to add account on iOS : error "accounts.account_uuid"

Using

  • either the account that is previously registered on the iPhone (but not logged in since a phone reset, alas, that is the problem)
  • or the "add account"
    -- using either the info plus secret key
    -- or the QR code to fill it all,
    I cannot login using my valid master password (which I have been able to double check by logging online on web).
    The error returns "accounts.account_uuid".
    The password is valid, the account location too, and the email and the key as well.

1Password Version: 7.2.7 (iOS)
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 12.1.4
Sync Type: Account

    Can you please try this for me:

    1. Copy this text to your clipboard: onepassword://diagnostics
    2. Launch the Safari app
    3. In the address bar field paste in the above text
    4. Tap the 'Go' button on the keyboard
    5. Select 'Open' on the dialogue box that asks "open this page in '1Password'?"

    Hopefully this will generate a diagnostic report and open a Mail message to us. Please send that message to us. When you email in you'll get a support ID from BitBot. Please post that ID here.
