Employee1 leaves Friday, Employee2 started today(Monday) I don't want to pay for a add year account. How do i accomplish this?

Hello @mikelatsko
Unfortunately if you want to add the new employee immediately then your billing will increase. However, when you remove the former employee on Friday your billing will change again to credit you with the balance.
If you want to avoid the change you can wait until Friday to remove the old employee and add the new one.

That works, I just did not want to tpay out the rest of the year for the employee that is not here as there is 9 months left. Thank you for the explanation.

As long as you delete the employee that is leaving you'll get a credit for any time you've paid toward their account. :+1:
