The first step is to cancel your subscription with Apple:
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
Once you've done so please email us at
support+billing@1password.com
. That way we can mark the Apple subscription as cancelled on our end, and you can upgrade using theInvite People
link in the sidebar at https://my.1password.com/ (this link is not available when subscribed through Apple).Update: It is not necessary to also post in the forum. Sending the email will be sufficient. :)
