menu bar icon vs the 1password program...

When I start 1pwd7 via the menu bar icon(on Mac) and scroll around or do a search, I don't see all the items in my vaults. Items are missing. When I launch the 1pwd7 program in the Applications folder I see everything/more.
Why?

    @zipb - I'm sorry for the trouble. If individual items are missing, you should make sure those items are listed as "Suggest in Browser" in the item details themselves. Find an item that doesn't appear in the mini, locate it in the main app, click to Edit it, and see whether this drop-down near the bottom of the item is set to "Suggest in browser" or "Never suggest in browser":

    What's the logic behind this? Never used this drop down menu AFAIK. Why is it set for some items, and not for others?

    The default for this field is 'suggest in browser.' I'm not aware of any circumstances where 1Password sets it otherwise.
