Why does it say I have no entries when I select "all vaults", even though each vault has entries?
I just set up 1password on a new computer, with several existing vaults, some in Dropbox, some in a team account, and when I select "All Vaults", it says I have no items (screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/dqk4ikekdham866/Screenshot 2019-04-06 16.31.30.png?dl=0). When I select any one vault, I see all the entries that I expect. I know this isn't how it's supposed to behave... am I missing something?

If you open your 1Password Preferences and select the Vaults tab, are all your vaults enabled in the Show in All Vaults section?

@purplelizard - I'm sorry for the trouble. The key here is likely to be "just set up 1Password on a new computer." Please restart your Mac or at least FULLY quit 1Password 7 for Mac by typing
^⌥⌘Q
(or just holding down theControl
andOption
keys as you choose Quit from the 1Password menu), then restart and check things again.0
