Proposal: item creation validation tool

Hi,

That would be great, if the CLI could expose an item creation validation tool that has the following features:

  • local validation of the request JSON data
  • fake answer response as if the item was created or not
  • no auth required
  • no request sent to your servers

The main usage could be to use this tool in unit tests of functions that creates entries in 1Password.
