Jusr signed up to try the package - family free trial period. Every time I go to a login site I get the read-only message. This is really frustrating - I seem to be going in circles.

@GordonG123: "Read-only" means you've setup the standalone app without an account, and you do not have a license for it (which would remove the read-only restriction). Do you have data saved there already? If not, reset the app:
- Quit 1Password completely from the notification tray icon
- Open Windows File Explorer
- Paste the following in the address bar and press Enter:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\1password
- Rename the
data
folder todata-backup
- Restart 1Password
And then simply sign into your account to use that instead. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
