Personal & Primary are confusing me!
I have a MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad with "All Items" containing 620 items. However my iMac and www.1Password account only contain 344 items.
If I understand correctly I have 1Password setup to store all my content on iCloud. So is my online account and my iMac storing all 1Password items on my iMac? Rather than synching from iCloud.
I am unable to tell 1Password on my iMac to synch at all, let alone to synch from iCloud.
I'm concerned that perhaps I may lose 276 passwords by fiddling around with my different devices.
What is the best way to resolve this? I do find that I normally enter new password details into my iPhone more than any other device.
Thanks
Mark

Welcome to the forum, @makeurtmark! I'm sorry for the confusion.
If I understand correctly I have 1Password setup to store all my content on iCloud.
No. If you have a 1password.com account/membership, then all of your 1Password data in your 1password.com account's vaults is synced directly through the 1password.com servers themselves, not iCloud or Dropbox or any other 3rd party sync solution. That's one of the main benefits of a 1password.com membership. Standalone data (like your Primary vault) can (but doesn't have to) be synced through one of our approved 3rd party sync solutions. But 1password.com account vaults sync via 1password.com, always.
The first thing to do here is make certain you have the credentials to sign into your 1password.com account. Do this in a browser at https://start.1password.com/ -- if you can sign in that way, proceed to the rest of this. If NOT, stop right there and let me know.
When you created your 1password.com account and added it into your 1Password for Mac app, it would've transferred your existing standalone data in your Primary vault into the Personal vault of your new 1password.com account, and then suggested you remove the Primary vault (because it's no longer necessary and in fact duplicates your data). If you've still got both a Primary and a Personal vault, then it sounds as if you may have elected NOT to remove the Primary vault when it was suggested. This means that for however long it's been since you made that decision, you've likely been adding/editing/deleting data out of both vaults. In other words, they are no longer identical, and the longer it's been since you did this, the more dissimilar the two likely are.
Having said that, if you switch to your Personal vault (which is your account's vault) and you have what you would consider a complete and up-to-date copy of your 1Password data in there, then you can simply delete the Primary (standalone) vault and you'll be all set.
However, if you think (or you're certain) that you've got at least some data still in Primary that's NOT yet in Personal, then I'd strongly recommend you use these instructions on your iPhone to move any items not yet in Personal over TO Personal, then proceed with the deletion of the Primary vault on all devices. Let me know if you have any questions.
