    @Greg I have same issue on macOS latest version. Please help. I upload from iOS, and macOS doesn't has a sync button, doesn't sync automatically. I open and close several times. It just show last sync 5 minutes ago. So silly. Kill the process does not work either.

    @Davelliu: I've split you off into a new discussion since you're almost certainly not using an old version of 1Password from more than a year ago. It sounds like you're not even using a PC. So it won't be related to that.

    However, without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, browser, and extension versions you're using on all devices, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:

    Find your version

    The more information you can give, the better. For instance, do you have "security" or other software/hardware in place that has the ability to interfere with the connection? If you create a new test item in 1Password for Windows, does that appear in your account on 1Password.com in your browser? Vice versa? Thanks in advance! :)
