Assistance upgrading from iTunes individual subscription to family plan

HI,

I'm trying to upgrade from an individual iTunes subscription to the family plan. I've canceled my iTunes subscription, and called apple support to make sure that is effective today, but my 1password account still says i have a valid individual subscription and will not let me upgrade to the family plan or invite another user.

can you assist with this as soon as possible?
