my master password works on my old IMAC but does not work on my new MacBook laptop

    should I delete 1password and reinstall it

    Hi @Brew22222! Welcome to the forum!

    I don't think reinstalling 1Password will help in this case, so let's try something else. Can you please confirm if you have the same vaults in your 1Password app on your iMac and on your MacBook? Or do you see a vault that exists only inside one of the two apps?
