Why does 1Password need access to my MacBook Pro's camera?

I noticed my camera was on with my 2018 MacBook Pro. When I checked in security it was 1Password requiring access. Why does 1Password need my camera? (Using Catalina beta.)

    Hi @leicaman,

    The only instances I can think of where 1Password can / does use the Mac camera is for scanning QR codes (such as TOTP secrets and 1Password Setup Codes). If you're seeing 1Password activate the camera at other times that sounds like a bug.
