New Android Phone initial sync to Dropbox vault failed

Hi, i have been using 1 password on my iphone 7 plus and Mac (macbook and mac mini) with Dropbox sync of the vault for years with standalone license. But recent changed to android phone. Installed 1password app on my android and attempted the initial sync to my vault in Dropbox, but failed to sync and cannot access the vault with my Master password,

Dropbox vault is 1Password.agielkeychain

1Password Version: 7.2
Extension Version: android
OS Version: OS 10.14.5
Sync Type: Dropbox
