how to add userid / passwords that ipass will not recognize at site

I can add my user id to my bank login and ipass will remember and save it, but will not see/save my password for the site.

    Thank you for the additional information. Can you please also give us a complete URL to the bank website so we can make sure we test this with the correct URL?
