Using 1password X with a USB fingerprint reader?

For those scenarios, when I sit at my Home PC in a safe environment, I prefer using my USB fingerprint reader to login to Windows Hello and 1password.
This works well for the 1password app on Windows 10, but it does not work for 1password X using Mozilla.

When wil this feature be available?

It's a little annoying that I need to type in my long and secure master passwords into a browser add-on each time, while on my Android and iOS the fingerprint log-in works like a charme.

    Hi @wizofoz! Welcome to the forum!

    We don't know when the feature will be available, but it's something we would like to have. Indeed, we have already implemented this in 1Password X Beta on the Mac, so we are working on the feature ;)
