How do I stop 1Password asking to save one-time 2FA codes?

In logging in to 2FA enabled sites, I enter the one-time code and immediately 1Password asks to save it, a rather pointless request. How do I stop these requests?

Extension Version: 7.3.3
OS Version: 10.14.6
Sync Type: iCloud
Referrer: forum-search:two factor authentication passwords

    Is this happening with every website or just with a specific one? I could not reproduce it here on the couple of websites that I have tested with.
