Welcome to the forum, @syabro! Have you noticed any pattern to this? It's difficult for us to offer any advice if you're seeing this truly randomly. Does it happen only under certain conditions? Certain websites? Only the first time you launch a browser window? The more information you can give us, the better.

@Lars nope, but I found out that I can't use CMD + / anymore since 1P exits (from tray) when I close the main window :/
Restarted system just in case, watching for the main issue

That shouldn't be happening. You just close the 1Password window normally and 1Password disappears from your toolbar or browser?

@syabro: It seems like you've disabled "Always keep 1Password Extension Helper running" in Preferences > Browsers.
