1password app on my Priv requires password every time I try and use it

Although the app remains "open" in the background, it appears to have been "closed" even though I have not shut it down. I have set the time it is to remain open to 30 mins.

    I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from 1Password on your Android device so that I can take a closer look at what might be happening here. To do this, follow the instructions linked below:
