Cannot create a new Login entry using iPhone app

I am having an issue with the iOS app. I can create other types of entries (memo, IDs, etc) and add them into the Vault. When I try to add a Login, the app hangs and then crashes. I cannot enter anything (keyboard is visible but not responsive).
