Family Membership not syncing

1 computer running on Catalina 10.15 Beta (19A578c). 2nd computer running on High Sierra 10.13.6.
Both computers show the same 2 (Private and Public) vaults being shared.
Changes on either computer are not being updated on the other computer.

Hi @alm1

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. If you sign in at https://my.1password.com/ and create a new item there do either of the computers pick up the change? Also, do either of these computers have a vault called "Primary" on them?

Thank you for your reply Ben.

I also received email support on this problem, and your support person had me download the 1Password Troubleshooting app.
After sending back the 2 zip files that the Troubleshooting app generated, your support person, Corey, quickly found the problem, which was embarrassingly simple and had nothing to do with Mac Beta: I had not set up 1Password Family to use the Share vaults, instead was using the Private vaults. Oops. Once I set up the Family to use the Share vaults, all was fixed and good.
