Stand alone license on iphone/ipad, how do I get onto my laptop

I have had a 1PW stand alone license (synching to dropbox)- for many years. It was on both of my Mac laptops, my iPhone and iPad (4 devices total). I had some significant issues with both laptops (not 1PW related) and wiped the machines. I still have full use/access on both iPad/iphone. How do I get 1 PW back onto my laptops? I'm happy to upgrade to a subscription. How do I do that and does it automatically migrate the data from dropbox to your 'new' platform? Thanks.
