    I am seeing the exact problem described in the OP of this post. Windows 10, Firefox 70.0.1, latest available version of the extension, 1Password 7.3.712 (which seems to be the latest available version?)

    Removing/reinstalling the extension did not help, and neither did a reboot.

    Edit: Just noticed this is the Mac forum. Unfortunately it does not seem to be a Mac-only problem :(

    Hi @diagonalfish,

    I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles! Windows and macOS are quite different, so we need to look at these issues separately.

    If you migrated from 1Password 4 for Windows and uninstalled it recently, please try to do the following:

    1) Close all browsers and quit 1Password 7 for Windows completely.

    2) Open Run dialog (Win key + R), enter the following string there: 1Password.exe --setup

    3) Then press Enter. 1Password 7 for Windows should be launched after that.

    4) Launch Firefox and check if the issue remains.

    If it does, please tell me if you are running any kind of AV/anti-malware software that might be interfering here. Thank you! :+1:
