Beta crashes if you select "Import image" for One-time passwords

• edit an entry
• select "One-time password"
• click on QR code to scan
• select "Import image"

Note:
The app was missing the access rights for screen recording.

EDIT:
Same thing happens WITH access rights for screen recording. Scanning the QR code on the screen does work now, but One-time password ist not created.

Can you check your System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy > ensure 1Password is allowed access under Screen Recording. However, it sounds as if you have already done this, as indicated in your edit above.

Due to Apple's new restrictions, an app must be allowed access in this section to be able to capture information on the screen, such as a QR code. We have a support document on the subject, https://support.1password.com/screen-recording/

• Specifically, the portion about quitting and restarting 1Password may be of importance. If that fails, I would suggest a complete restart of the Mac. Lastly, please update to the latest beta, which is 7.4.2.BETA-1
