Available languages and how to change them?

Hi,
I am trying to change 1Password on Windows 7 to be in Spanish. The system and everything else is in Spanish. I have downloaded it from https://1password.com/es/downloads/windows/, but still showing in English. Am I missing something?
1. Can you point me if the 1Password UI can be used in Spanish?
2. How to change the language post install?
