Safari not showing 1Password extension in menu bar or its list of extensions

I'm running Mac OS X 10.14.6, Safari 13.0.4, 1Password 7.4.1

I'm checked and everything is up to date.

No 1Password extension listed in Safari Preferences Extension.

Going to the 1Password webpage for extensions says 1Password extension is not installed.

I've reinstalled 1Password. I've restarted the computer. No change in behavior. Any other suggestions?

    Hi @erikhusby!

    Can you please try quitting Safari, and then quitting 1Password completely (right-click on 1Password mini in the menu bar at the top right of your screen > Quit 1Password Completely), before you relaunch both?

    Success -- I quit Safari, 1Password Completely, logged out. Restarted the machine. And 1Password is back in Safari.
