Hi there. I’m super stressed about an invoice charged for a yearly subscription that I thought I cancelled. I sent an email but haven’t heard back. Reference is #VKF-73223-669. I intended to open an account for my partner so trialed it first with my own email. I then cancelled this and opened one in her name and email which is the subscription we actually want. I then received an invoice for a yearly family account for my email which I never intended to sign up for. Can someone please help as another charge for the second account is due to come out so I need this resolved ASAP.
