No tinc problema per crear noves etiquetes,
pero no se com crear una sub etiqueta
exemple, etiqueta salut, subetiqueta salut/radiologia
--> salut
--> salut / radiologia
--> salut / oftalmologia

    Hi @Pepo! Welcome to the forum!

    If you choose "salut/radiologia" as your tag name, with the "slash" character in the middle, it should create the two tags for you :) See these two screenshots from 1Password for Mac:
