Site requires me to enter one code into 1Password and get another code from 1Password. How?

Government website (login.gov) requires 2 things: 1. They want me to enter a string of code they gave me into my 1Password; and 2. They wan me to get a "temporary code" from 1Password and enter it into their website. Please advise.

Please follow all the instruction on that page and 1Password will generate the codes to login to login.gov for you.
