App Doesn't Unlock when run on iPhone
When I open the 1Password 7 app on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, usually it unlocks with the Face ID. I can also choose to unlock with my password.
Sometimes, however, the app shows the unlock screen without trying to use Face ID and without showing the field to type in the password. It just sits there with the gray screen with the 1Password keyhole logo. I've let it sit for thirty seconds to a minute and nothing happens. _Some_times, I can force-quit the app (swipe up), restart it and it works fine. Sometimes the restarting still does not work after a force quit.
I cannot seem to recreate the occurrence, so I'm not sure what would be causing it.

Are you able to reproduce this consistently, or does this seem random as far as when this happens?

It's definitely random.
I cannot reproduce it at all. It just randomly happens.(thank you for the quick response!)

Thank you for the confirmation. I am afraid that we will need some steps to consistently reproduce this, otherwise it becomes impossible to test this. So in the meantime, I will keep an eye out for other similar reports :+1:
