Hi
The online web 1 Password X App is not syncing with the Mac Desktop App 1 Password 7. The online web app is syncing with the IOS Iphone App

I just got these, upgrading from an old paid for version.

I did an in app purchase to get the "Account".

I would have thought this stuff would now work seamlessly. Any chance you could help me get the Mac Desktop app syncing?

    Hi @MikeKrz!

    If you open 1Password for Mac and to go 1Password Preferences > Accounts tab, do you see your 1Password account listed there?

    I am having the same issue. I can see my Account under the desktop app preferences.

    @Visguy:

    Do you have additional vaults inside the 1Password app, other than the ones inside your 1Password account?
