Can an Admin export passwords to csv? Or can only the owner export all passwords to csv?

I am an Admin (not the owner) of our Business Account. I have tried to export to csv with the instructions on your help pages but I am unable to multi select with the control button and when I right click I do not get the export option. I do not have File option either - please advise
