iOS App is a 17+

I’m trying to encourage my family to be security minded, but the iOS App is a 17+ and so my children cannot download the app on thier devices. I understand that this is the Apple rating due to the fact that there is an embedded web browser, and they could possibly access content not suitable. However, could AgileBits possibly develop a “Kids” version that is paired down and meetS the 4+ rating criteria?
