I am trying to renew my family subscription and it won't allow me to edit my payment card

My family account is frozen, I tried to make my annual payment with my visa credit card and every time I try to add it, it tells me that my expiration date or CVV are incorrect, I already checked several times I have tried with another card and it is the same, I already checked in my bank and everything is in order. it also does not allow me to delete or edit the card that was previously in the payment. I tried it in chrome and firefox and it is the same.
