Unable to edit my default payment method or add a new payment method

The card used as my default had to be cancelled by the bank because it was compromised. I haven't received the replacement card yet, so my monthly 1Password billing failed. I tried to add a new payment method to replace my default PM, but every time I try, 1PW tries to charge my existing default PM (which fails) and doesn't add the new PM.

    Do you see an error message when this happens?

  • I don't know what changed overnight, but I was able to add the new payment method this morning with NO errors.

    Could this all have been caused by the fact that yesterday was the regular billing day for my account?

    At any rate, all appears well now and my account is caught up. Thanks for the QUICK response.
