Incomplete dialog: only cancel button?

Why is this (edit vault) dialog incomplete and do I only see a Cancel button?

(had the same issue when trying to invite a family member)

(Safari 14.0.1 on macOS Catalina 10.15.7)

Can you share with us the steps you are following to get to that screen? Thank you!

1. Log in on my <mysubdomain>.1password.com
2. Click on Vaults in the right pane
3. Select a vault
4. Click on Edit Details
5. Click on image
6. Click on +
7. Select image from filesystem
8. Look at the Preview & Crop dialog

PS: When reproducing the steps it worked correct, today (while failing multiple times yesterday)

Thank you for the instructions! They were very helpful. I have tested this in several browsers, and things are working fine for me too. Perhaps it was something temporary, so please let us know in case you see this again and we will be happy to take a closer look :+1:

Had it again yesterday, on an iPad.

Worked around it by temporary disabling AdGuard (ad blocker in Safari).

So something you use is on some blocklist?

Yes, it sounds like a false positive from the ad block extension. If you manage to find out exactly what is being blocked by them, they could then consider an update of their filters. Perhaps they are also already aware of it, so it might also be worth reaching out to their support as you are a customer, and ask whether this is expected behavior.
