Folks, can I use the Open With ... function to modify and save documents stored in 1Password?

I want to update a secure document I have stored in 1Password but it seems when I open it in Word (or Excel depending on the file) then save, it does not update in 1Password. Do I need to save it locally and then reload it into the vault?

    You would need to save it locally, modify it how you wish, and then upload it to your account.
