Upgrade from individual account paid monthly to a family membership

Hi guys, I've got an individual account that I pay for monthly having taken out a pay monthly subscription by downloading from the Apple App Store. I'm interested in upgrading my account to a family one but I couldn't figure out the best way to do it. Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
