My Account Still Frozen After Subscribed

I purchased one year subscription yesterday on my android device, but the account remains frozen. Already contact support via email but got no reply, surprisingly after I wrote reviews on google play, I got one, and they told me to contact via email. what should I do?

    We reply to emails from the oldest one to the newest, so we are getting there! One suggestion I can give you is to avoid sending further emails in the conversation, as doing so takes you back to the end of the queue. The best option is to be patient to avoid making the wait longer :)
