gift card problem

Hello, I purchased two $50 gift cards two days ago, I didn't sign up for your website, but paid directly with PayPal, I didn't receive the gift cards after the payment was successful, and the spam email I read was also not available. What can I do to resolve this?
Please help me to solve it as soon as possible, because my subscription will expire in two days, thanks.
