Help me unfreeze my account on 1Password

My account was frozen last June. I would be happy to pay someone to unfreeze it or upgrade to another membership level beyond Individual to be able to use it. Is this possible? In addition I don't have access to my Secret Key except for the first 8 characters which doesn't do much good. Is there any way to talk to a human if not can you help me out there.

  • I don't now what version I was using. I have a new Mac laptop as of June and I'm sure it wasn't recognized and that is what caused the freezing of my account. But I don't know what to do about it. Can you help me or direct me to someone or someplace that could help.
