Manually change the order of fields in a note?

In a note (I have to translate from German, may be called differently) you can name the fields. After having defined and filled, is it possible to manually change the order of the fields for example by drag and drop?

    If it's an individual item within the note, yes, you can. The titles you cannot move. To move an item, locate the hamburger portion beside the item and click-hold, and drag it to the desired position. The hamburger is the three horizontal lines on the left side of the name.
