Hey there @symons1992, welcome to the 1Password Support Community!

I'm really sorry you're running into an issue getting up and running - let's see if we can get this working for you. I tested this out personally and pulled the keys without issue - could you try copy/pasting the following code into the terminal and let me know if it works for you?

    gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 3FEF9748469ADBE15DA7CA80AC2D62742012EA22

If that pulls keys for you successfully, here's the rest of the steps to install 1Password:

Install the 1Password for Linux beta - Arch

  • I run the command in my terminal, here is the result.
[[email protected] api_proto]$ gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 3FEF9748469ADBE15DA7CA80AC2D62742012EA22 gpg: keyserver receive failed: Server indicated a failure

  • But after i upgrade the archlinux, i can install 1password via pacman. I already use it now.

@symons1992 Ah, I'm glad the upgrade to Arch got things up and running!
