Moving 1PW (OS X) Version 4 data to Version 7 subscription

I have an old powerbook with 1PW V4.4.1
New Mac arriving, so it is time to buy a family subscription.
What is the easiest way to move the data. Is it as simple as export all items and then reimport the file on the new machine?

Using 1Password 4, I think this is the easiest option. If you could update to 1Password 6 though for a while, you could move your data even more easily. Here are the instructions, in case you have another device with a more recent version of 1Password on it.
