$10 credit for coming back?


Trying to come back to the 1Password cloud membership and utilise the offer received in email. It has a link to follow but that doesn’t affect pricing. How would I get this to work? Can it be applied to family accounts? My partner is AWFUL with this stuff.

Alternately is it possible to take the modern account back to the non subscription Dropbox synced older app or now that I’ve upgraded I’m sunk on that?

Cheers, I wouldn’t normally bother with discount on your app as I use and rely on it , but circumstances are still tough.
