[Bug] UI language is mixed
Looks like the UI is a mix of German and English for me right now, assuming not everything is translated yet. I would love to be able to set my language to English anyway though.

Hi @Stanzilla 👋
Currently, 1Password 8 for Windows is using your Windows region settings (German, and German data format/settings) to show the UI and settings menu in German, while using your system language to within the rest of the app.
We have an issue open with our development team to look into this further.

I would also appreciate the feature to change language settings from within the app instead of having the default system language setting. Right now, the app does not look right with English and Korean fonts mixed.
